ASAP 2010 Annual Conference
Meeting the Challenges of Tomorrow:
Serving the Communities in New York State
This ASAP conference will bring together the knowledge and expertise of NYS Prevention, Treatment and Recovery providers to explore challenges that we face with possible innovative solutions and consideration.
The Conference Goals are to:
· Address barriers to care through cross systems collaboration with other stakeholders.
· Promote a seamless continuum of care that spans prevention, treatment and recovery.
· Explore methods for successfully integrating recovery supports.
· Examine new models to address chronic care issues.
· Promote and foster innovative practices for improved outcomes.
ASAP has reserved a block of rooms for $149.00 per night at the Saratoga Hilton. Parking is available at the Hilton for $10 per day. When you call to make reservations (518-584-4000) please mention that you will be attending the ASAP Annual Conference. The deadline for group rates is September 15, 2010.
