Position Description: Under supervision of the Vocational Rehabilitation Supervisor, is responsible for providing vocational counseling to the residents at Willow, including assessment, referral, record keeping, and networking to coordinate resources and opportunities for residents. 1) Conducts initial vocational educational assessment using AWARDS MIS. 2) Prepares and conducts weekly vocational/educational/ADL groups. 3) Assists residents in developing vocational/educational goals and service coordination. 4) Collects and maintains vocational documentation, writing group and progress notes, service plans, and collects documentation of residents' vocational/educational engagement, i.e., pay stubs, school or training schedules, letters of enrollment, etc. 5) Submits monthly report of residents'
