OASAS Research Day 2000 Abstracts
The New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services held a Research Day.  The day was intended to (1) promote dialog between research and evaluation staff, program management/specialist staff, and other OASAS staff by presenting findings (including preliminary findings) and eliciting questions and ideas for refining analyses; (2) provide the opportunity for research and evaluation staff at various levels to organize and present findings to audiences with a variety of interests including policy, practice, and general interest, rather than research per se; (3) provide an opportunity for strengthening OASAS’ ongoing relationships with academic faculty and students engaged in research relevant to OASAS.
