Above are ASAP’s policy papers that we ask you to circulate throughout the field and to your Assembly members and Senators.

As a cornerstone for our budget advocacy efforts, ASAP is committed to ensuring that every Assembly member and every Senator receives a visit in their district office from a prevention, treatment, and/or recovery services provider during the next 4 weeks.  We ask that you call your Senator (Albany switchboard #: 518-455-2800) and your Assembly member (Albany switchboard #: 518-455-4100) and schedule a visit in their district office or in Albany if you want to make the trip. Please let us know when your meeting will happen so that we can keep a record of all meetings. We want to ensure every member gets a visit.

Also, please let us know how your visits go.

Thank you for your advocacy efforts. We have a real opportunity to make significant progress even in these difficult times. We will not succeed without your help!
