In an effort to maximize participation in our weekly Monday morning policy calls, and to ensure that the calls are as effective and meaningful as possible, we will have an agenda to guide the format of the calls (see below). 

The main bullet points will be the standing agenda items for the calls and we will add specific bullet points underneath those headings as applicable. 

We encourage you to contact us with agenda items you feel should be addressed during the call, please get those to me via email no later than 9AM on Monday mornings. 

We will have this agenda available on our website public policy page and will only circulate via email in advance of the calls if there are new items of interest on the agenda. We also plan to post notes/brief minutes from the calls for those who are unable to participate. We hope these efforts help to keep you all informed of ASAP’s advocacy endeavors and how you can get involved!
