ASAP General Information ASAP is a not-for-profit membership association which seeks to improve the quality of life in New York State by advocating for and promoting the highest quality treatment, prevention, research and training.

Our membership includes coalitions, programs and agencies throughout New York State which provide alcoholism and substance abuse prevention, treatment, research and evaluation and concerned individuals and corporations who wish to support our mission.

ASAP is a vehicle for coordination, shared vision and collaboration. ASAP provides a strong unified voice while representing the entire continuum of service providers as well as organizations and individuals who are committed to working to enhance the visibility and image of the entire field.

The Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Providers of New York State is committed to working with one voice in the support of organizations, groups and individuals that prevent and alleviate the profound personal, social and economic consequences of alcoholism and substance abuse in New York State.
