To file an ethics complaint:

  1. Verify the individual’s certification status [here].
  2. Complete the complaint form found in the Disciplinary Procedures section of the Code.
  3. Submit the form by email to Elisabeth Kranson at ekranson@iuany.org or mail to:

Complaints are thoroughly reviewed by the certification team and NYCB Ethics Committee Certification, including adherence to the Code, confirms that certificants are competent and ethical professionals engaging in a transparent and accountable practice.
