Event Description: This is a 2-day event. Please confirm availability for both events before registering. highly interactive and experiential workshop is geared toward coaches, peers and clinicians seeking an engaging learning experience incorporating both M.I. Spirit and Skills. The workshop offers a hands-on learning approach with ample opportunity for individual and group practice, discussion, and real case scenarios. Participants will leave with knowledge and skills for tangible, non-clinical methods and tools to help motivate and target behavioral change. Learners will explore a combination of basic and advanced skills and principles. An emphasis on client centered skills is ubiquitous in this training as are the guideposts autonomy, partnership empowerment and compassion.
