New Applicants
Certification applications must be completed in Certemy after all training and certification requirements are fulfilled.
- Step-by-step instructions are available in the links below and within each application.
- Applications will not be reviewed until:
- All steps are marked “Complete” or “Pending Verification” with green dots.
- Payment is received.
The review process may take up to 4 weeks after NYCB receives your completed application.
